Agentic Commerce Advisory (“ACA”) is a product of AI Bubbler Inc. (“AI Bubbler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). AI Bubbler respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through the ACA website, communications, events, services, and the Agentic Commerce Advisory Case Study Program (the “Program”).

Information we collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• your name, work email address, job title, organization, LinkedIn profile, country or region, and other business contact information;

• information submitted through the Program application, such as your organization’s capabilities, priorities, use cases, objectives, maturity, readiness, implementation needs, and partnership interests; and

• information you provide when you contact us, register for an event, participate in a meeting, or otherwise communicate with AI Bubbler or ACA.

We may also collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general usage information. This information may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or commercially sensitive information through an initial Program application unless it is already protected by an applicable confidentiality agreement. Submitting an application does not create an NDA or other confidentiality obligation.

How we use information

We may use the information we collect to:

• operate and improve website, services, and Program;

• review and evaluate Program applications;

• understand an applicant’s use case, objectives, capabilities, readiness, and partnership needs;

• identify potential matches among merchants, brands, AI platforms, technology companies, and service providers;

• contact applicants about their applications, potential matches, and Program opportunities;

• respond to inquiries and manage our business relationships;

• understand market needs and trends;

• develop aggregated or deidentified research, analysis, benchmarking, insights, and thought leadership;

• protect our systems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations; and

• where permitted by applicable law, communicate about relevant AI Bubbler and ACA products, programs, services, research, publications, events, insights, and opportunities. 

You may ask us to stop sending promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or replying with “unsubscribe.” Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending necessary communications about your application, a requested conversation, or an active engagement.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help AI Bubbler operate ACA, the Program, our website, and our business. These may include website and application providers, cloud-storage providers, email services, analytics providers, customer relationship management tools, security providers, and professional advisers. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may review applications internally to identify potential matches. We may contact you about a potential match, but we will not broadly share material nonpublic application information with other applicants or service providers without appropriate permission.

We may also share information when required by law; to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Bubbler, ACA participants, or others; in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction involving AI Bubbler or the ACA business; or when you ask or authorize us to do so. 

We do not sell Program application information as a data product.

Aggregated and deidentified information

We may aggregate or deidentify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies you or your organization. We may use this information for research, analysis, benchmarking, market insights, thought leadership, and improving AI Bubbler’s and ACA’s products, programs, and services.

We will not publicly identify your organization, use its name or logo, or publish an identifiable use case, implementation result, or case study without separate written approval.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer applications, manage business relationships, maintain appropriate records, improve our products and services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system or method of transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also withdraw consent where our use is based on consent.

To make a privacy request or opt out of promotional communications, contact us at privacy@agenticcommerceadvisory.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, maintain records, resolve disputes, or honor an opt-out request.

International users

AI Bubbler is based in the United States. If you access the ACA website or submit information from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires additional protections, we will use an appropriate legal basis or safeguard.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as our products, services, or practices change. We will post the updated version on the ACA website and revise the effective date above.
